If you are not satisfied with the workmanship provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work closely with you to understand your concerns and find a fair resolution.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:

  • Personalised Preferences: Detailed notes added to your client profile to ensure future visits meet your exact standards.

  • Service Credit: A credit toward your next scheduled service.

  • Refunds: A partial or full refund in specific cases where service standards were clearly not met.

What We Need From You

To help us resolve any concerns efficiently, we ask that you:

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or credits cannot be provided for:
