1. Services Provided Good Man Solutions provides professional home services including cleaning, maintenance, gardening, outdoor installations, and pet care to residential, strata, and commercial properties across Australia.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All services must be booked through our online platform or by contacting our team directly
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
  • We accept [payment methods]
  • No call-out fees apply to any service
  • Base hourly rates apply from your confirmed appointment time
  • Additional charges may apply for services outside standard scope or requiring specialised equipment

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no charge
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking value
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances with full notice provided

4. Access & Site Conditions

  • You must provide safe, unobstructed access to service areas
  • You are responsible for securing pets during service delivery
  • Hazardous conditions, unsafe work environments, or aggressive animals may result in service suspension
  • Additional fees may apply if site conditions differ significantly from booking description

5. Service Scope & Variations

  • Services will be performed according to booking specifications
  • Any variations or additional work must be approved before commencement
  • We reserve the right to refuse work that is unsafe, illegal, or outside our service capabilities

6. Quality & Satisfaction

  • We guarantee professional workmanship using eco-friendly products and practices
  • Service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion
  • We will work with you to resolve any legitimate quality issues
  • Service-based work cannot be undone once completed (e.g., mowed lawns, trimmed hedges)

7. Liability & Insurance

  • Good Man Solutions carries public liability insurance
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or conditions not disclosed prior to service
  • You are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items in service areas
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided

8. Privacy & Data

  • We collect and store personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles
  • Your data is used solely for service delivery, scheduling, and communication
  • We do not share your information with third parties without consent

9. Recurring Services

  • Recurring bookings continue until cancelled by either party
  • Pricing may be reviewed annually with 30 days notice
  • You may pause or cancel recurring services with 7 days notice

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and materials remain the property of Good Man Solutions
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission

11. Dispute Resolution

  • We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns
  • Disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
  • Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation before legal action

12. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service with notice provided
  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms

  • Non-payment or fraudulent payment methods

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate service termination and account suspension.
